Man Charged with Sexual Intercourse

Ramish Williams, 30 years old, Construction Helper, of Moyah, St. Andrew, presently residing at Harvey Vale, Carriacou, was arrested and charged by officers attached to Criminal Investigation Department, Carriacou, for the offence of “Sexual Intercourse with a minor.”

The offence was allegedly committed in Carriacou, between 1st and 31st December 2022.

Mr. Williams was placed on bail in the sum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00ec) with one (1) surety. He is due to appear at Carriacou Magistrate’s Court on Monday 19th June, 2023.

Missing Person – Cuthbert Mark

Police are seeking the assistance of the general public in locating Cuthbert Mark, 42 years old of Belmont, St. George. He is approximately six feet three inches in height, slim built, dark in complexion with a bald head.

Mr. Mark left his residence on Monday 15th May 2023, and has not returned since. He was last seen wearing a sport t-shirt, short pants, and a pair of slippers.

One Man and a Juvenile Charged with Robbery with Violence

Asché Marshall, 21 years old, I.T Trainee along with a juvenile both of Parade, St. George were arrested and jointly charged for the offence of Robbery with Violence (being armed with an Offensive Weapon, to wit, a Firearm) in connection with the Robbery, which was reported on May 18th, at Green Dot Limited.

They both appeared at the St. George’s Magistrate’s Court today, Monday 22nd May 2023.

Asché Marshall was granted bail in the sum of $50,000.00 with one surety. Additional conditions;

1. to surrender all travel documents.
2. report once weekly to Central Police Station.

The juvenile was remanded to the Grand Bacolet Juvenile Rehabilitation Center.

They both are scheduled to return to court on Friday 30th June 2023.
