Multiple COVID 19 Solutions in one Tool
Sonover leads Grenada’s digital response
Welcome to TeDA! A mobile app intentionally designed to add value in areas of health and safety, economic solutions for both businesses and consumers and easy online communication options.
Developed bySonover – a Grenada-based Software and Technology Innovation firm, the app was launched on Tuesday 15th December, 2020 and is currently available for download on Google Play. It will soon be available on the apple platform.
Access to this digital solution requires a quick and simple registration process on completion of which businesses and individuals alike will be provided with their own unique QR code.
There is no cost to download but a great many benefits for users.
TeDA maintains and even elevates health and safety protocols in the fight against the Covid 19 pandemic by minimising person to person contact and digital storage of information for contact tracing.
Businesses can also choose to display their QR code on a mobile device or on hard copy at their entry points making the sign in process far more efficient for customers.
Additionally, the app provides a platform for businesses to display goods and services, and offer promotions online at a high professional standard, without the prohibitive costs usually associated with creating an online presence. Businesses will also be able to build their own online communities with whom they can interact directly and will also have the option to extend reach to the entire TeDA community. The advantages to businesses extend to the use of real and timely data to allow targeted outreach based on customer interests and experience.
Individual users of TeDA will benefit from easy use, process efficiency and real time information, underpinned by trustworthiness and security resulting in an overall quality experience. TeDA essentially allows the individual access to an online superstore with everything from food to fashion, home essentials to health care and toys to tech.
Users will get up to the minute information about products and offers and be able to provide feedback beneficial to the entire community.
CEO of Sonover, Chad Fraser says: “TeDA has been several months in the making and a collective team effort to ensure the value offered brought cohesive relief to priority areas for individuals, community and our island. We encourage SMEs especially, the farmers, fishermen, artisans… to take full advantage of the resource to connect with current customers and to reach more. The platform will grow and we expect opportunity for all to grow with it.”
Future plans include ecommerce capability, but, Fraser says, “first things first – the highest priority is a solution that brings us together, even while we maintain physical distance to tackle immediate needs, and TeDA does exactly that. In the current climate of challenge and uncertainty, TeDA is a seamless, safe and effective solution for all users.”
