ST. GEORGE’S GRENADA, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 21, 2018, GIS: The Ministry of Health is kindly requesting parents and or guardians of students that attend the following learning institutions (schools);

• St. Andrew’s Roman Catholic
• Telescope Primary
• St. George’s Anglican Junior and Senior, and
• Alpha Junior

To kindly return the signed consent forms for their child’s participation in the upcoming salt and iodine survey among school- age children, (6-12yrs), due to commence at the start of the new School Term in April.

The Ministry hopes that these forms can be returned to the respective schools, before the end of the current term.

The non-invasive survey will be carried out in the presence of a nurse and teacher, capturing urine samples, height and weight.

The Ministry therefore wishes to thank you for your anticipated cooperation and kindly looks forward to receiving the signed forms.
