Three St. Andrew residents have been jointly charged with trafficking in a controlled drug following a police operation on Thursday 14^th March, 2019 during which 233-pounds of cannabis were seized.

Leroy Williams, 53 years, Construction Worker, Lyndon Beggs, 30 years, Mason and Magdalena Beggs, 52 years, House Keeper all residents of Sendall Street, Grenville appeared at Grenville Magistrate Court on Friday 15^thMarch, 2019.

All three were granted bail in the sum of forty thousand dollars each with two sureties to reappear in Court on May 16^th 2019.

As part of their bail conditions, they have been ordered to surrender all travel documents, seek permission from the Court to leave the State and report to the Grenville Police Station twice weekly. Police investigations are continuing.
